– Investment Strategy –
Caledon’s infrastructure strategy is to build and manage well diversified portfolios of global infrastructure assets that are customized for each of our mandates.
Portfolios include the highest quality infrastructure funds acquired either on a primary or secondary basis and co-investments and direct investments generated through our fund relationships and our global network of strategic and institutional infrastructure investors.
Depending on the mandate’s strategy, portfolios are constructed to achieve optimal diversification by combining appropriate levels of exposure to different revenue profiles, investment styles, geographies, and sectors.
– Our Differentiation –
Caledon’s investment professionals have invested over $24 billion globally in infrastructure assets at several of the world’s largest institutional investors including OTPP, CPPIB, Borealis (OMERS) and ADIA.

In addition to direct investment experience, the Caledon team also has extensive knowledge of the infrastructure fund universe and has committed over $4 billion to infrastructure fund managers globally.
